If you're like us, we return in the new year a little refreshed - the circumstances of our times make that more circumspect than it might - and ready for 2022.
One of the exciting things about starting the New Year is to learn about all of the books that will come out soon!
The first of these is Quote, Unquote - a marvellous trip down memory lane from Philip Micallef, longstanding journalist with News Limited and SBS The World Game shares his top 100 football stories.
It is soon followed by new author Michael Fiddian's work of fiction, published under our Popcorn Press imprint, entitled The End of the Game, a story set against the backdrop of sport, racism, and staying true to yourself.
Beyond that, we have some exciting titles coming out to mark the centenary of the Socceroos in June 2022, starting with Burning Ambition by Nick Guoth and Trevor Thompson in May.
Ahead of the 2022 World Cup that gets underway in November, we will have the Centenary Edition of the Encyclopedia of Socceroos by Andrew Howe which will include the data and bios of every player who has played for the national team, regardless of the status of the game.
We will also welcome our second audio book with the narration by author, Andy Bernal, of his autobiography Riding Shotgun.
